Favorite apartment I've stayed at

I lived here for more than one lease and the only reason I moved is because I bought a house. Kinda sad because this was not only one of the most affordable apartments I've found, but the quality wasn't what you would expect from being so cheap. I found out that it is a family owned complex, which is why they aren't out to get you on pricing and charges. Not only rent but wsg and parking is cheap ($30-$50 range/ea).
Clean apartment, attentive staff, security on site, cameras all over the place...
to help feel secure. For all of these things at the cost they charge, easy 10/10. Nothing's perfect but even when I had a small leak needing repaired from before I moved in, it was handled quickly. Unless you want the most modern and new appliances and counter tops, there's not much to complain about.
Couldn't ask for more

Nice ammenities & Staff

Pros:
-Attentive and involved management team
-Responsive maintenance team
-Well landscaped and maintained grounds
-Private patios for all the units
-Spacious apartments with lots of storage (THREE big closets in the living room area!)
-Year-round indoor heated pool, hot tub, and sauna! (Hot tub has only been out-of-service once in my year living here, and they fixed it in no time.)
-On-site laundromat only accessible by other residents (You can also buy your own machines or rent machines from...
management for an extra $60/month, but if you don't have kids, it's cheaper to just use the laundromat)
-Closed-circuit security cameras in parking areas, building-entrances, pool house, and laundromat. Makes me feel very safe from theft or vandalism.

Cons:
-Freeway noise/view from the units facing east. (Though they do have triple-paned glass to reduce noise)
-The gym equipment is minimal
-Pool house is locked to residents from 10pm-9am (Doesn't really make sense to me since you need a resident key to get in at all times, and there are security cameras throughout the pool house.)
-Older building (Not the prettiest stairwells, hallways, and parking garage, but at least they aren't stinky, moldy, or dirty.)

Do not live here

Do not waste your time and money here. No matter what condition you leave the apartment in they are going to take 90% and say you “damaged it”. Unless you wanna fight them in court there’s nothing you can do. The manager of the building is rude and can be creepy to the tenants. The building needs a lot of work and is not up to code for sure. Absolutely wish I didn’t live here at all. But you can avoid it! Don’t waste your money.
