New Management, really gone downhill

When we first moved in we loved this place but it’s gone downhill.
-“secure” parking garage has broken multiple times with cars either locked in or locked out for days at a time. An amenity I pay hundreds extra for a month.
-incredibly loud parties in the game room multiple weekends in a row until past 1am shaking the entire apartment and no security around to help the situation, even though they say there’s 24/7 onsite security they are no where to be found
-mail room is a disaster with...
packages piled high in the hallways, had packages stolen with no help from management, another amenity I pay extra for
I would not recommend living here

Very noisy

This property is good in all kinds, but absolutely noisy and loud. I lived here for 4 months now and I regretted living here for 3 months. Staff is very helpful, the gate is locked, it has a package room, you can also sign up for the locker that keep your package safe, there's kayak rental/bike fix, and a gym that unfortunately not open yet. Those are all good aspects, however, if you are sensitive to noise or not a party/music person, this place is not for you. The wall is too thin, if you... happen to have neighbors like mine who love streaming music, you would have to listen to that music as well, especially your heart with beat with the bass. The floor and ceiling is also too thin, if you happen to also have neighbors who live upstairs that are heavy walkers, you would have to have the same sleeping schedule with our neighbors. And if you live facing the driveway or facing the streets, there are constant urban noise that is not that hard to live with, but for this price, you can find someplace better. The staff will be happy to help you resolve those issues, I transferred unit once, but I guess I'm just unlucky with neighbors, so I'm thinking about moving out of the apartment if the noise still goes on. Again, this apartment is a ok place, if you are ok with noise, I would be recommend this place to you. But if you are not ok with noise, look for somewhere else.
