Poor experience

I have been living in this apartment building in SLU for 7 months, and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. The leasing agents have not been friendly or helpful, and the building itself is old with poor insulation. The extreme temperatures in winter and summer make it uncomfortable to live in, and the noise from traffic and old water pipes is constant. The management team has been unresponsive and lacking in support for tenants. Overall, my time here has been challenging,... and I cannot wait for my lease to end.

Nice enough but with some problems…

Current resident here. We moved in on a Saturday over Labor Day weekend. After a brief tour, it seemed nice enough. From the second we started the move in process, however, we were met with one problem after another. First, they failed to properly schedule my move in appointment on several different occasions. No one was there to let us in when we showed up with the uhaul. Took 30 minutes of calling and calling before we got an answer. We were told our move in appointment was at 9:30 but whoops,... they don’t open until 10. Then, we get to our apartment. The place was dirty and so many things were damaged that I set out trying to document so we didn’t get blamed before we even moved boxes in. Shower head spraying everywhere, base boards falling off, bedroom door literally won’t close due to misalignment, and probably most annoying of all, the windows barely open (unless you remove some screws) so airflow is nonexistent. Took a week to track down management before I could get this fixed and get some answers. We were also told when we toured that the gym was getting a facelift in the few weeks before we moved in - a month after moving in, nothing had changed except a downgrade in number of treadmills. So much for justifying the cost of this place because I wouldn’t need a gym membership. The leasing people are lovely so I’m not sure if this is even their fault but living here has been a nightmare. I’ve lived in many nice and expensive apartment buildings and have never had this many problems. After a few months of living here, our standards have lowered so we care less about all of this but rest assured, we will be leaving when our lease is up. Proceed with caution before renting.

Worst property management ever

They advertise a secure garage, but you will come back to smashed windows and stolen bikes from the lockers .

They do nothing about it, and demand that the cops take the report elsewhere because it looks bad if they're in the lobby.

Also, there is a key required for the elevator but not the stairs, so there's no point. People break in all the time and use their stairs to get to the mail room and steal packages and bikes.

Look elsewhere

Property is not secure - my car was stolen on a Friday night and the front office/management refused to provide access to security footage to police until Monday.
