Nightmare
Management keeps falling through on promises about fixing the passenger elevators, which have been off-and-on for over a year, and haven’t worked at all for at least 10 months straight. The freight elevator was their intermediate solution, but they would turn it off after the office closes in the evening (who knows what ADA residents did to get in and out of their units at night), and now even the freight elevator has been broken for over a month.
The ‘renovations’ they have been doing seem... like they picked the lowest bidding contractor. Fresh paint applied (landlord special-style) less than 2 months ago is already peeling and bubbling in places. They have painted over door hinges and other hardware. The cheap laminate flooring they installed in the lobby has not yet been installed everywhere the old flooring was, so the subfloor down one hallway has been visible for over four months (since April 2024).
Maintenance is very good, though they show up unannounced/unplanned, often while I am at work, which makes it hard for my dog, who has anxiety.
Inconsistent office hours, losing packages, and poor communication with residents are a few other things that have made living here frustrating.
