Upstairs is the living room, dining area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1-car garage, and the laundry room.... Downstairs is a large living/family room, an office/den, and a second bathroom. Rent includes water, sewer, and yard care. Tenants are responsible for electricity, garbage, and TV/internet, if desired. One small or medium sized dog is possible on a case-by-case basis with additional $500 refundable security deposit and $50 per month in pet rent. First and last months rent, $2,500 refundable security deposit and $300 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee are required. We are looking for responsible, long-term tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least three times the rental price per month. We screen all adult applicants, at applicant's cost, $50 per adult.
