Bad communication and inaccurate information
Was very interested in the property and paid two application fees plus the holding fee to hopefully secure a place. We came from out of town trying to get everything done and sign a lease. Scheduled a meeting tour on the website and got confirmation for it and when we got there we found out they were closed. Scheduled another tour and showed up 10 minutes early and no one was there until 40 minutes later. Also read ahead of time that w/s/g was included and found out it wasn’t. Very disappointed....
