Nice inside, at least
These are the nicest appearinhg low income apartment interiors I've seen. However, one window unit does not keep the apartment cool in summer, dishwashers constantly on the fritz, microwave shuts off randomly, carpet is cheap and falls apart, all the cheapest construction materials, neighborhood is disgusting and unsafe and I'm expected to make a dollar above minimum wage and not allowed to further my education while I live here. Rent is going up again and we're only one step above HUD housing.... FPI is peddling gravel and expecting us to play along that it's gold.

Property Manager at Copper River responded to this review
Hi there thank you for taking the time to leave us your honest feedback. Copper River participates in the low income tax credit program with 60% income and rents that are decided on by the state of WA and based off of the area median income. The... program does not allow for full time students to live on the property, which again is decided upon by the tax credit program, not the apartments themselves.
Please reach out to us at your earliest convenience so we may further assist you in working towards a resolution.
