Resident of Pearl Plaza Apartments
I have lived at Plaza Apartments for 3 1/2 years. I like that the complex is small and that I don’t have people living above me. I find the apartments to be affordable and modest. The owner has upgraded the units and the manager is responsive to tenants request for any maintenance upkeep. The ground is cute nice and manicured in the adjoining 55+ community has a lovely garden.

Wow! What a comfortable place!!
I lived there for 3 years, ending (sadly) in 2020, due to a new job transfer. The apartments have been very tastefully remodeled in the last few years, with all new kitchens and baths, plus flooring, doors, and baseboards. It's all single story, so I never really heard my neighbors. Each cortyard has only a few units, so it seems like a small village. Loved it!
