As a widow this complex meets my needs for a central location in Vancouver, personal security, knowing security is a phone call away, emergent maintenance issues will be handled promptly. The grounds are well kept, neighbors for the most part respect community living protocols, Management is approachable and remembers our names. For all these reasons, I will be renewing my lease.
