Nice townhomes, Thick walls

I've lived here with my family for a little over a year now and have had very few issues. The best part of these townhomes is there are 3 FULL bathrooms in each unit and you have assigned parking directly in front of your unit. It'd be nice if the parking was covered being that this is the Pacific Northwest and we're kinda famous for rain but that's pretty minor. Maintenance is super quick and goes out of their way to help whenever they can. The units are a little smaller than they look online,... especially the living room/dining room/kitchen area. Basically the living room is nonexistent. You have to get pretty creative to get a couple couches and a dinner table comfortably set up but it's doable. The property manager, Patty, is fantastic and the maintenance guy (I think his name is Shawn) is extremely helpful. The landscaping was in desperate need of attention until just recently but now it looks MUUUUUUCH better. There's a dedicated dog walking area across the street and multiple pet stations with poop bags around the property which is convenient (and yes they're emptied regularly). There's a growing number of small kids that are outside playing basically every single day so if you don't like the noise that's associated with kids playing (basically loud yelling and loud laughing everyday) then this might not be the place for you. It's definitely not the place for you if you drive like a maniac in the parking lot because there are ALWAYS young children riding their scooters or playing games out there.

Side note: the walls here must be super thick cause in the year plus that we've lived here we've never once, NOT ONCE, heard our neighbors. It's AMAZING!!

Anyway, the rent is a tad high but that's kinda par for the course everywhere lately. This is the first multi-family complex I've lived in since 2002 and our experience so far has been really great. Would definitely recommend this place.

Poor Management and Police Activity

This community has become full of police activity and is severely unkept.

The pictures that are posted online are from the previous management company, and since FPI took over, there is no response back from management, the community is unkept and there is constant police activity from several units.

For the amount of rent that FPI charges monthly, it is not worth having the police here at least twice a month, weeds and dog waste everywhere and illegal parking in the community.
