Not worth the rent
Had countless issues. Maintenance would consistently cancel my appointments. Water heater was suppose to be secured over a year ago. Stove doesn't work, they only give appliances from other units. Not new ones. Maintenance is not willing to work with your schedule. Manager told me I HAVE to take a day off work, or my things won't be fixed unless I let someone in my home when I'm away. I had exposed wires in my wall for months. I finally called an electrician, for them, and he said it could have... burned down the entire building. They are NOT on top of issues here.

Not my favorite place to love
I have lived in these 2 bedroom apartments since 2005 and have seen them go from not too bad to not to good. The size of the apt is decent and the laminate flooring is nice. But the benefits end there. The rent increases 1 to 2 times a year and is now renting for 800 a month on average. No W/D hookups and we fight pine needles all year from the huge trees. The garbage gets very bad around and tenants here seem to think the outside of their apartments is an extension of the inside using... office chairs and dressers as outdoor furniture. Management is poor and maintenance is ok. Ants are rampant and rats can be seen at night running around outside. Mice infestations are plenty too. Parking is poor and the playground is in need of replacement. Children in grade school have to walk almost 1 mile to get there. I am planning on moving asap.
