Heater fixed. Heater went out for a few days, I submitted a maintenance request and they arrived the same day. I came home to a fixed heater and now my home is toasty.

Nice place to call home I lived here for about 6 years and was very happy with the complex. Management was always friendly and helpful and maintenance was alway fast, professional, friendly, and generally awesome.
The complex is well kept and maintained.
My one gripe is the constant yearly price increases in rent to the tune of $100 per year when it comes time to renew..
Overall, I enjoyed living here and would recommend it for anyone looking for a nice complex to call home...
