How Is This Rating Determined?

Avoid at all costs.

Ever since this property was bought out by a large property management company it has gone downhill... and fast.
Hidden Utilities ($100+ every month), tons of random inspections and notices for entry, and the office literally never answers....EVER. (Been waiting on gas and a fan to be fixed for 2 months because all the corporate paperwork the office puts off.)

This WAS a great property but since it was bought out they justified a $400 rent increase + HIDDEN shared utilities ($100+ they tell...
you it will be average of $40 lol) by just giving the building an ultra shotty paint job that after 2 months is coming off and paving the parking lot.

Before I recommended this place to everyone because the price reflected the value. Now, it's unjustifiable. STAY AWAY and spend your hard-earned money on a property much nicer for the same price.

NOT TO MENTION THE BREAK INS IN THE PARKING GARAGES AND THE WEEKLY HOMELESS DIGGING THROUGH THE TRASH!! 10/10 would not recommend

ONLY positive of this place is the maintenace man, great dude who has been around forever.

AVOID VERI COMPANIES

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. If you want a complex that doesn't listen to their tenants and enters your apartment every other week for "inspections" then this is the place for you!

Close to PDX Airport and Shopping!

This place is really commutable by bike, as I work downtown Vancouver and it's a 6.1 mile ride there and back the same. The only pet peeve is the townhouses across; they have their own parking but they also use ours which makes it hard to find parking if we head to work and come back. I know this because some.of their cars are seen in our spots. They can either use he visitor marked spots or park on the side of the road, like the other comes up the road does! Other then that management is great... and have been accommodating for years, even through this pandemic!
