Nightmare complex
othing but issues for the last 3 years.
1. You can’t ever reach management except when Brey and Gail worked here
2. The neighbors are holy terrors, and if you complain nothing will be done about it.
2. Garbage is dripped all over the stairs and complaints are made but again no ones there to answer the phone and maintenance won’t clean it up.
3. Neighbors smoke on balconies even though it’s a non smoking property.
4. Did I emphasize that no one answers the phone when you call?
5. No complaints... are ever handled.
6. you can’t complain to anyone because no one cares and e-mails aren’t ever answered but maybe a week later.
7. Security is a joke and never show up when you call them.
Seriously don’t waste your time. Since I moved here in 2018 there has been 8 different managers here. Oh and they charge you for stuff you shouldn’t be charged for and again you can’t call to ask about it because they won’t answer. Complete nightmare property!!! Will be moving ASAP
Update 11/5/2021 - I moved out October 8th and have yet to receive my deposit to this day. I was told they would get it to me but it’s now been a month and still no check in my hand. At this point I’m ready to obtain a lawyer.
