If you need something cheap and you need it ASAP this would work for you. The apartments themselves aren’t terrible. The maintenance will fix things but they’ll most likely break again the next week anyway. The parking situation is awful unless you buy a reserved spot. The first week I lived here a cop knocked on my door and let me know about a domestic violence down the hall, not to mention I constantly hear screaming.

Small apartments, but very cozy and centrally located for anywhere you want to go within town. Hard wood floors, that are beautiful, but easily scratched. Manager is strict, but I've never had any issues with them. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issues if you call them. There isn't too much for noise issues. There are only 2 washers and dryers for the entire building so going to the laundromat is your best bet. Parking sucks if you work later than 8pm, unless you can get a covered spot,... which can take time as there is a waiting list.
