Eh

If you need something cheap and you need it ASAP this would work for you. The apartments themselves aren’t terrible. The maintenance will fix things but they’ll most likely break again the next week anyway. The parking situation is awful unless you buy a reserved spot. The first week I lived here a cop knocked on my door and let me know about a domestic violence down the hall, not to mention I constantly hear screaming.

It's okay

I still live in these places everything is fine I just don't like the new manager leaving a three day notice on my door when she should be checking her mailbox to see if rent is there only bad review I do have about her feels like it's only my door she puts notices no one else's I send rent on the first or third every month by law of every where rents due on the 5th or by the 5th she just doesn't check I would like to call her boss not her but her boss to tell them or isn't fair I should pay $30... more than usual there's no number to contact these guys to explain 1509 #108 very upset

Small, but cozy.

Small apartments, but very cozy and centrally located for anywhere you want to go within town. Hard wood floors, that are beautiful, but easily scratched. Manager is strict, but I've never had any issues with them. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issues if you call them. There isn't too much for noise issues. There are only 2 washers and dryers for the entire building so going to the laundromat is your best bet. Parking sucks if you work later than 8pm, unless you can get a covered spot,... which can take time as there is a waiting list. Power bills aren't too bad, just don't run the a/c all the time in the summer. Even if you do run the a/c all the time it probably won't get over $80.
