We are in the best location for us.Being close to medical and shopping is a big plus for.us.The townhouse that we have is very roomy.The area is quiet and super well cared for.

we luv living here and the place is quiet and Nancy is very sweet and friendly and the Maintenace guys are very nice and will talk to u and ask how Ur day is going and Nancy will chat if she is not busy and we luv living here and she is the best person. i could not ask for a better place to live and enjoy the train going by our apartmet. With the soaring economy and the me me me world this is were you can go at the end of your day and know that Jason and Nancy have taken care of things. Requests for maintenance?Jason and his team are on it! All things else with the property and with your peaceful enjoyment our manager Nancy goes out if her way to work hard for us. I believe that in life, when we come across a person who is absolutely exceptional at what they do, who uses wisdom and superior judgment in the execution of their duties, and demonstrates a level of interpersonal connection and compassion above and beyond the requisite business interactions where and when appropriate - then such a person must be recognized for these rarely encountered attributes.

Heidi, the office manager at Applegate Apartments,... has fully fulfilled all of the qualities. Even with the limited extent of my interaction with her, her confidence, people skills, can-do attitude, and charismatic nature have made me feel fortunate that in my recent relocation from Minneapolis, MN I ended up renting from one of your properties. Given my transactions with her, I have full faith that Karademas will be an entirely positive experience for me and will meet or exceed my expectations as a tenant in every way.

Given that corporate management is remotely located from the Appleton office and Heidi's immediate supervisors aren't able to review her work on a day-to-day basis, I thought it pragmatic and deserved that the excellent image she gives to your corporation be acknowledged by the simple first impressions and experience of one of your new tenants.
