OK Place Most of the time it is a good place to live. How ever the last couple of years has been a little like living in a construction zone. Noisy. Now the apartment below me is being remodeled. Very noisy and upsets my cat.

Extremely satisfied We will be here for 10 years in July. Love the place and love the people. Rent is getting toward the high side, but we are ambassadors and that helps. After losing some excellent maintenance guys, we'll have to give the new guys some time to catch on.

Excessive rent increases I really like being at Ridgeview apartments, other than the excessive rent increases placed onto fixed income residents.
