False marketing, management failed to provide a full 24 hours notice before making entry into my apartment. Will put new roommates in apartment with no notice.

Regarding entry... into your apartment, it’s our policy to provide a full 24-hour notice unless an emergency or a situation requires immediate attention. If this process wasn’t followed in your case, we deeply regret the oversight and will address it to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
As for new roommates, we aim to notify residents as promptly as possible about any changes. If there was a lapse in communication, we take full accountability and are reviewing our processes to better serve our residents.
