Just moved in a little more then a month ago. Cute track of apartments with walking trails on one side and woods filled with wildlife on the other. Apartments are fairly new and kept clean to the appearance. Floor plan was unique compared to most typical square apartments. What caught my eye was the kitchen. Beautiful cherrywood cabinets with stainless steel appliances. Splash around the counter gives it a personal touch. Kitchen island has modern lights above and very functional. Both bedrooms... are huge! I have so much room even with my California King size bed & two dressers. The apartment comes with large size washer & dryer. The best part of this place is that you can’t tell you have neighbors. After living at an apartment where you hear everything your neighbors say and do, smell their dinners, and tell when they come and go, this place is solid! Don’t have to worry about if your tv or music is too loud, and my sleep is so much better. What I love the most is that my place backs to the woods. I see so many animals and birds. This is heaven!

My husband and I lived in a 2 bed, 2 bath upper unit for just over a year. We really enjoyed living here, and often miss our apartment. Overall, the space was updated and rooms were large. Closets were especially huge. I really enjoyed the in-unit laundry and kitchen island. Kitchen cabinets/drawers were on the cheaper side. Carpet was dirty when we moved in and needed some vacuuming. I do not believe our unit was professionally cleaned before we move in, and I know it was not after we moved out... . Property management was overall very friendly and helpful. Maintinence calls were prompt. The property manager changed in the middle of our lease. The new manager was fine, but as we moved out became a constant bother. Always wondering when we would be out, where our keys were, and if we had painted. All information I had shared previously via email and text. Nothing to deter me away from the place, but annoying none the less. We moved out as we bought a home.

I lived here for 2 years and the apartments are honestly great. Reason for moving was work reasons nothing wrong with the unit/complex itself. The location is awesome with beautiful trails directly behind the complex. I lived on an upstairs apartment and will say that i would recommend a lower unit just because you get to enjoy more of the complex: you'd almost have a backyard feeling. Neighbors are awesome (2017-2019) and management is very low key. You don't have someone pestering about stupid... things you hear about in other apartments but you also have a very responsive maintenance. The space is great. I do agree with previous reviews about wall thickness - you will be able to hear your neighbors if they are having an argument for example. Water and heat included while I was living there. The set up of laundry inside the closet in my layout was ideal!! Master bathrooms are small (guest bathrooms are bigger).

Great apartment but note little sound barrier between first and second floor.
