Absolute trash. It would be easier to list the things not wrong with this place. Maintenance does not take care of issues and if they do... It will be a year later. The first day I moved into this place the water heater above me actually burst open and flooded my entire apartment instead of them giving me another apartment or the landlord or management cleaning it up, I was told to just learn to live with it from the landlord. So they didn't even clean up any of the mess basically. That right... there should tell you how much maintenance is involved which is nothing. It was quite concerning to me because it destroyed The carpet in my place and they never replaced it The four years that I lived there.
Also My wash got stolen shortly after living here. What did the landlord do? ( Put up signs not to steal. And a fake security camera from Walmart. Are you kidding me? )
Also wash there is ridiculously high so I recommend buying an electronic washer and hang in your clothes to dry in the shower otherwise you are going to be paying $3 to wash your clothes and $6 to $8 to dry them because they're dryers specifically on low heat and do not get hot enough so you have to use them two to three times just to dry your clothes. I recommend buying a box fan and pointing it towards your shower.
Forget trying to sleep, when you live at village Park apartments there will be a constant buzzing noise in every room that you live in and the constant wonder if you're actually going to die from mold poisoning.
Also if you are on the first floor good luck because if you will notice if you take a step outside onto your little porch area which is just basically a slab of concrete, you will notice that the foundation is slowly slipping and eventually it's going to fall. If you contact the landlord or maintenance they will do nothing about this.
This is also the kind of apartment complex that will test out a fire alarm at 9:00 a.m. in the morning for 20 minutes. So if you feel like wasting your hard-earned cash, get on down to Village Park apartments!
Management is impossible to get a hold of ( unless, if you decide not to pay your rent) You are literally just a paycheck to them. Get used to it.
Welcome to village Park apartments, where you will learn to dislike people and even yourself for living here! ??

I was trying to rent an apartment here but no luck. I called the manager more than 20 times (literally) and she didn't answer. I decided to go to the office and see her, but there was no office! Then I asked someone and told me that she lives in an apartment in the same complex.
I took off from work early more than 3 times to see the manager but she was never there. I wasted my time where I could have use it at work. I don't even know if this manager even exists. If yes, she must be fired... ASAP!!
Not bringing business (not doing her job) and wasting people's time. Really frustrating!!

I have been trying to get a hold of the manager on this property for about a good month or so. She does not answer any calls, and when you stop by the place she never is there. Someone let me look in there apartment so I could see if it was worth trying for which I admit they are cute and cozy. But how do I even start renting if the manager does not do her job?!
