Spring Creek Villas Apartments

I have been here for a few months now and I love it! Everything is super quiet, so spacious, and tons of storage! I love having my garage attached to my apartment. No complaints on the management either.

Very spacious! The apartment I live in is 2 bedroom with lots and lots of closet space. The appliances are new. Each unit has its own washer and dryer. All units also have private entry ways with attached garage. Some garages have a large closet at the back. Water and heat included in cost of rent. A few units have an extra nook that is a great desk space. Uppers have vaulted ceiljngs for an extra spacious feel. All units have a private balcony or porch area as well.
The only complaints I have... is that the rent is a smidge high, but I am willing to pay it to have gotten out of the place I was previously! Also, these are newer apartments but there is no central air! There is a window air conditioner but why wouldn't they put central air in? Odd. Read More

Vaulted ceilings, with two skylights in the very large living room make this apartment a cut above the rest. It has a light and happy energy. This living room is larger than in any home I've owned. The kitchen has plenty of cabinets, a two person breakfast bar, and there is still a dining area large enough to put the leaf and seat six at my dining room table.

This two bedroom, one bathroom apartment is spacious enough that I actually don't miss my house. The neighbors are nice and quiet, and... it is a very safe feeling neighborhood.

The property manager goes above and beyond to be fast and efficient carrying out any requests.
