I wouldn't suggest living here.
- The apartment complex was built with cheap materials / fixtures so it's already falling apart in some areas.
-The walls between you and your neighbors are very thin. When sitting quiet, I can clearly hear my neighbors speaking or their TVs.
-Only one AC unit in the living room is provided (you have to personally purchase the second located in a bedroom) so the apartment runs VERY hot in the peak of summer.
- The management is "rough around the edges" and has sent harsh community letters... when addressing issues.
-Management will quickly send an eviction notice if you're only a few days past the rent due date. They will post the notice without even trying to reach out and speak to you first.
- Management also demands that you let them know 3 months in advanced if you're renewing your lease even though the signed lease clearly states I only have to give 30 day notice. They only give you 5 business days to make this decision...
-When paying rent on their online portal you pay the processing fee which does adds up to your rent amount; this was not told ahead of signing the lease.
-Not enough dumpster and recycling space for all of tenets. They provide one, on the smaller size, dumpster for 18 units which quickly over flows which has caused myself and multiple other tenets have to sit with trash in their homes until trash pick up comes. Have also had a bear sighting because of the trash over flowing.
