These apartments have two bedrooms, one bathroom, a dishwasher, a washer & dryer, a fireplace, and a patio/balcony. They are in an ten-plex apartment building located off the North Crossing and Jeffers Road in Eau Claire.

Rent includes lawn care,... snow removal and trash services. Rent starts at $950 per month with a signed, 12-month lease. We do offer a six-month lease option for an additional $25 per month. The security deposit also is $950.

Water is billed directly to Regal Property Management quarterly from the City of Eau Claire. We pay the water bill and send copies to tenants to be reimbursed.
