Statesman Apartments

To advertise themselves as a luxury apartment you would assume that you'd receive luxury amenities and features but that isn't the case with Statesman. Cheap materials used throughout the apartment along with walls thin enough to hear everything in the adjacent apartments. Pool is constantly dirty when open and the gym is a joke. We are going on our second year renting at this awesome apartment complex. I couldn’t say more about it that’s positive… the staff are great, the maintenance guys are great and overall the amenities and location is awesome. I will tell anyone that’s looking for a place, this is the place to be. The walls are not “paper thin” as some may say, yeah sometimes you hear noise but you live in an apartment… like if someone drops something you are going to hear it. The 1bed 1den is definitely the way to... go for couples, just to have an office space or extra bedroom for friends and overall is just enough room for any couple. Their is no parking for Guest, and if you don’t have a spot already then your racing to a spot. You can’t park on the streets at night, but you wouldn’t know that because it’s not a (No Parking Zone) Sign. Which would lead you to getting a parking ticket. I just wish they could build another parking lot for us. Many people don’t want to walk 1/2 miles to get their car. But otherwise this place is not bad.

I lived on the first floor at Statesman for about 2 years.. The place needs more insulation or quieter renters. I lived near the front entrance and side entrance and I could hear everything. in the morning when the renters went to work. That started about 5:30 in the a.m. The front office people were nice and helpful, especially Summer. I have to say the 2 people you could always depend on were Matt and Cameron. These 2 guys were the all around maintenance guys and had an outstanding work ethic... . When you needed them they were always there to help. They are awesome, helpful, kind people and Statesman should be proud to call them their employees. I would have given them 2 stars, but the maintenance guys (and Summer) gave them a bump! Read More
