Excellent landlady

The landlady owns and manages her own Apartments. She is very much on top of things. Have no complaints with her.

Cozy and Perfect

My boyfriend and I really love it here at this apartment. There is just the right amount of space for him and I and we enjoy our balcony as well! It is a very nice and quiet nieghborhood. We are also very close to several food locations and right by UWGB campus. The only issue we have ever had is the fire alarm going off when either of us take really hot showers.

Greatest Landlady Ever

I have lived all over. I love the landlady. I wish I had her before I moved here If there is something wrong she is right on top of the problem and things are done right away. I have been living here going on my 4th year and don't plan on ever moving. You could never ask for a better landlady or place to live.
