But not by much, below average unit squeezing money from you while fixing nothing and not keeping the sidewalks or stairs safe during winter.

I have mold in my apartment and they refuse to fix it. Everything they do is cheap. They make a lot of money and have two maintenance people for 577 units. The management is completely unprofessional. They stopped clearing snow from the parking lots and it turns into big chunks of ice from being driven over. The lawn service they pay for is the cheapest I've ever seen. They had to fix the sidewalk and the person they hired came back after 10 pm and started pounding cement into the ground... and it was LOUD. For all the money they are raking in, this place should be managed better. I have a bunch of stuff that needs to be fixed and they refuse to fix it. Run, don't walk!

Lived here for two years in two different townhouses. Great place, absolutely loved the ladies in the office. Townhouse parking other than your driveway is kind of awful, but having the attached garage and driveway is super worth it. I always paid rent on time and tried to be respectful to my neighbors. Anytime I had any problems, it was fixed or handled as soon as possible.
I never used the amenities (pool, gym, etc.) because prior to COVID they were only open hours that I was at work for.... Rent did go up between year one and two which is why i opted to move to a bigger until to get more for my money.
I would probably still be living there, but I got married and moved into a duplex with my husband. I would definitely recommend this to young adults or college students looking for more than just an apartment!

Lived at Meadow View East for one year and had a great experience overall. The value for your money is one of the best in the entire Green Bay area. The office staff were polite, helpful, and prompt with maintenance issues. We lived in an updated 1 bedroom unit that was very nice for it's price.
The biggest downside to living here was how hot our unit got in the summer time. I believe this is due to the very old windows that need to be upgraded still.
Overall, we would definitely recommend... living here to those on a budget, first apartment tenants, or anyone looking to save some money
