Great place to live
I lived there for almost 3 years and it was one of the most enjoyable places I have ever lived at. Property management is top of the line in all aspects.

Crap
Don’t let this small quaint community fool you. Neighbors are loud and obnoxious, there is absolutely no insulation and sound barriers in between the walls and floors, appliances don’t work as they should, and when you try and contact “‘maintence/property manager” to make a complaint or concern, it takes forever to even be acknowledged let alone a problem solved. Open parking is extremely limited so unless you cough out $60 extra per month for a garage you probably won’t get a decent parking... spot, especially when tenants who do have a garage park in open parking when they already have 2 spots that only they can occupy! People don’t pick up after their pets, and snow removal is a joke. Premises are extremely dark when the sun goes down due to lack of adequate lighting which poses a security and safety issue that doesn’t deter the multiple vehicle break in’s in the past couple of years.
