Skyline Towers Apartments is an apartment community
I had a good experience living in this apartment. The location felt safe, and everything was in good working condition. Lots of parking. However, my only issue was being locked out on three occasions due to the battery on the deadbolt dying, and there was no manual way to unlock it. Overall, it was a positive living experience, with just a minor inconvenience related to the deadbolt.

Great Place to Live!
I moved into Skyline Towers after moving across the country for graduate school without touring before hand. I am glad I picked here! PROS: Apartments are very nice. Newly built in 2017ish. Good quality, clean, no issues with spiders or other bugs. Lots of SPACE - I have a studio and the main room has plenty of room for a bed, couch, desk, and TV. There is a attached pantry in the kitchen, lots of cupboard space, and a large walk-in closet with washer and dryer. There is also an extra storage... closet in the basement of the building in the parking garage. SAFETY - The apartments are in a nice, quiet part of time. No concerns with safety at all (next to an assisted living, houses, and elementary school). Packages regularly sit in the lobby of the building for 1-2 weeks are not stolen. The doors of the residences are enclosed within a locked hallway, so no issues with safety right outside your door. MANAGEMENT - Very easy and nice to work with. On-site. I had a maintenance issue and it was resolved the next day. CON: Not the most soundproof. I can hear people out in the hallways when they walk by. I can also hear the person above me when they walk around. No issues with neighbors, but a friend that lived here said that she could hear her neighbors frequently. OTHER THINGS TO BE AWARE OF: No gym, clubhouse, spa, etc, just an apartment building. No pets! No real space for kids. There is grass around the building, but that’s it. No play equipment or grass area otherwise. Parking. There is one spot in the parking garage below the building per apartment (no extra cost). Otherwise, you have to park on the parking lot in front of the building. No issues with finding parking, as it is never filled (not assigned), but could be an issue in the winter if you have 2+ vehicles. Rates do increase after the first year. Mine increased $55 the second year. Per the rental company it is to due to increased costs with all the services. You pay rent and all the services (water, electricity, internet/TV). Units include washer, dryer, dishwasher. There is also a nice sized patio for each unit. CONCLUSION: Overall, if you don't want a fancy place to live with all the extras (gym, pets, etc), I would definitely recommend! It is clean, safe, and has lots of storage inside the apartments themselves. I have had no issues with living here over a 21 month period and would definitely move back into them if I was coming back to the area.
