This is not new construction, there are no walk in closets like it states, in fact the closets are very small, you have to use garage for storage. They dont spend money on the property at all, and you might see the maintenance guy every other week and then he might fix your problem. Horizon is bad at customer service. Run!!

Drive on By

rates went up $200 but the owner has failed to improve the property since he bought it! Utilities run up to $300 a month Poor maintenance , lawn care, siding has holes in it from hail damage, Horizon Management is the worst customer service!

The property is quiet, except a neighboring home that has a dirt bike track in back yard, so when kids are not in school , afternoons, evenings and weekends, its motor bike and 4 wheelers going round and round! Not to mention they have a wood burning fuel heater outside so smoke fills your home when the windows are open and wind is blowing!

Nice

Quiet neighbors..good sound proofing..spacious....not very big closets..storage is your garage..high utility bills as you pay for water and sewer..air conditioning inefficient for such a large unit..maintenance is hit or miss. Great place compared to apartment style properties as no upstair or downstair neighbors!
