Bad management

When our heat went out in the winter they didn’t care to come fix it. At the end of our lease we never got our deposit back, they came to inspect the apt everything was in the shape we can in with and never got any of our deposit back. Kept calling the manager and never got a reply on why or who is supposed to send our deposit back. I do not recommend this place.

This Apartment Sucks

I have lived in this apartment for 4yrs and all was fine until about 2months ago when I discovered bedbugs in the apartment and the property manager told me to throw out my couch & mattress and she would send someone in to spray to exterminate the bugs. She did send someone in to spray the next day but he sprayed with an aerosol bug spray. And the aerosol can was to be used by a licensed professional and I know they do not have anyone licensed on staff. And after they sprayed we still have... bedbugs. The Property manager is only worried about her wallet because she gets a bonus every month if she does not spend the owners money on maintenance
