The location and amenities are great. The staff are really nice and effecient. The other residents are freindly.
Many resident events are held that give you the opportunity to meet new friends.

A great place to live. Quality staff that attend to the needs of quality residents. The Ascent has established a sense of community and belonging that promotes friendliness and positive engagement and social interaction. A sense of wellbeing permeates one’s daily experience within the Ascent. The building is well tended to and offers numerous opportunities and activities.

I finally don’t have to choose between luxury and sustainable. I just feel better when I’m here. The exposed wood makes the place feel cozy.

The Ascent has everything I was looking for in an apartment. Great amenities, perfect location to everything downtown, and the views are amazing. Also, everyone that works at The Ascent is very nice and helpful.
