TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT & RUDE
Please do yourself the favor and find somewhere else to live. The apartments are beat up half the stuff doesn't work management is rude. they don't want to work with you about things they are supposed to like fixing things or even something in your lease. Do NOT rent here. don't waste your money. the apartments aren't even nice for it to be worth it.

Great Apartment for an Undergrad
I lived in a studio/efficiency here for one year, and heavily regret leaving. The price was extremely fair, the building was quiet and peaceful, the laundry in the basement was never too busy, the building was safe and secure, and the management company (Schulhof) was wonderful to work with! There was always hot water as power, and if you needed any type of maintenance done, they would get to it super quickly (like in a few hours). The location is perfect. They have some parking spots to rent,... but those go quickly, so you will likely have to get street parking from the city. Schulhof is more than happy to print off the letter you need to get the city to give you street parking, and other than that you just need to bring that and your lease to the correct precinct. The overnight and day parking are different passes, but both are super affordable. Parking is annoying, yes, but eventually you find a spot. You can’t really expect parking to be easy in a city or on a campus, and even less so if it’s both. The best thing about Janola was the location, the building atmosphere, and the management company. I would definitely live there again.
