Tenants are allowed to be very loud from karaoke parties through the night to yelling, screaming, singing and playing music loudly on balconies. No repercussions for these rude people despite lease explicitly disallowing these behaviors. Miserable to live with that.

Looking for a quiet apartment look else where. The cons outweigh the positives. UNLESS you like rude and loud neighbors, dingy and smelly hallways, driveways that do not get plowed and a property manager that tell lies or never fix the problem then yes this apartment is for you.

The only good thing I’d say is they have a nice heated garage. Besides that, the hallways are dingy, the tenants are very rude, and I think they rent to about anybody. There are some units with 4+ adults and some children living in them. They only have 2 bedroom units! Constantly being accused of things by other tenants who have no clue what they’re talking about. The manager I did think was alright until I was told I was getting my entire security deposit back until I received it in the mail... less $240 than discussed. Would not recommend anyone to rent here unless you like throwing away money or dishonest managers and rude tenants with no manners.

The cons are starting to outweigh the benefits. I hate to say it, but I would not advise anyone to move to this apartment complex. The rent is so high for what you get and there really are better options in the area. The quality of buildings and tenants has steadily declined yet rent increases annually. People are allowed to behave however they want so long as they pay rent; walls are paper thin and you will hear conversations from all the crazy people that live here. Literal insane, frightening... people who have cops performing welfare checks because they are off their meds. It smells like smoke outside here, that is how many smokers there are. My unit reeks of smoke because it pours in from the smokers around me whether windows are closed or not.
If you are tolerant of loud noise, cigarette smoke, and high rents for no return you may be very pleased with these apartments, but I have reached the point where I cannot wait to leave.

These apartments are decent and their only major downside is that the rent keeps going up and up and the amenities stay the same. Units are not really updated, the common areas are older and looking a little rough. Also, I feel the caliber of tenant is going down.
I really like the manager but I think the owners should invest in their property more and make them worth the high rent. There are similar units all around the area for less $$
Some weird neighbors, too. Thoughtless and loud with... music in parking lot and in units. Lots of smokers, too, so if you do not like smelling smoke blowing in your apartment here is not for you.
