Very bad

Do not move here. This apartment is right next to super loud club you’ll never get sleep and you will never get parking spot either. my packages always get stolen. the elevator is always down. the building always smells rancid. in fact.. there is dog poop in my hallway right now that nobody has picked up in 2 days. All of the windows are 100 years old, they break and give you splinters every time you touch them. The plumbing sucks. Common areas are beyond dirty at all times. Management is... obviously poor. The neighborhood sucks, always sirens , gunshots , loud people , cars doing burnouts, people waiting outside begging for money when you walk out of your home.

Old with potential

First off, be careful walking outside in the Winter, sidewalks are bit kept as well as they should be. Then, the elevator may not work every day due people not closing the gate, and it just breaking down all the time....yes, there is a door and a gate to close on this ancient elevator. The rugs and floors are swept and vacuumed well, but the carpet could use a good shampoo at least twice a year. Now, the apt is old and has no updates. I don't mind the size, but I would like newer fixtures and... bigger appliances. And although heat is included so that I am not wasting my money trying to keep the place warm, I must say the windows are horrible. There are all kinds of gaps in every window sill. We have to plug the windows to keep the draft out. There are even gaps along the floor boards allowing lots if cold air in also. And last but not least, parking is a joke as you cannot park out front overnight 12/01 to 03/31.
