Great apartments! Great Manager and Maintenance crew! Any repairs are fixed right away! Quiet community, there is a train but they have insulated the walls well and storm doors on windows and patio door for an extra layer of sound proofing! Best apartment I have ever lived in!

The apartments are spacious, however with the train tracks so close it's not as nice as they make it out to be. Appliances are out of date and have to be repaired/replaced frequently. We constantly had issues such as ants, water leaks, mold, ac breaking, stove breaking, AND snakes coming up from the cracks at the front entry.
Spend a little more and go somewhere nicer.

Beware folks... Train crossing is too close. It passes about 15-30 minutes intervals, including night time. And that horn, especially at nights, feels like a jackhammer in an opera hall. It drives me crazy. A friendly advice, consider this place only if you cannot find anything else...
