We love living at Prado, it’s such a luxurious community with great staff and maintenance. We love the events they put in detail to for us residents, there’s always something fun and happening at Prado. The amenities, appliances, and safety here are great. The residents are also respectful and kind so you’ll make many friends!

My apartment here at Prado is my home and I never thought in transitioning from a house to apartment would give me that homey feeling. I have been here for 6 months and have appreciated the safety of secure entrances and underground parking in one modern building. The decor and design in both the community areas and my apartment make for a bright and positive atmosphere. I really like the outdoor space with pergolas, a fire feature and plenty of seating for friends! I also can’t say enough... about the staff here. Quinton, Stevie, Fabian and Steve are so very kind, professional and quick to help whenever I need it. They also put a lot of effort into planning fun events and parties for the friendly residents here. They have made me feel so welcomed and I am so very grateful for them. The location is also so convenient with most everything I need nearby on Howell Ave to the east, 27th St to the west and freeway entrance right up the block. What a great experience!

Best apartment I’ve lived in, the leasing staff is amazing, apartment. They have fun events for the tenants if you like social gatherings. I would recommend living here to anyone of any age groups.
