Great Place and Great Staff

My apartment is quiet and peaceful. The area is beautiful and perfect for dogs. The maintenance team is always very quick to respond and help fix any issues you might have. Overall a great place to live.

A great place to live

Spacious bright apartment, after a new renovation, in a wonderful quiet area, near a park and a river. Good owners and administration. Minor malfunctions were eliminated the same day we checked in. The whole territory is very clean. I recommend it!

Wonderful apartments

Lived here for 2 years. Wonderful and beautiful apartments. Had everything one would need and were nice and updated. Having the buildings broken down into units of four was amazing -provided more privacy but still had that sense of living in a community with the other buildings nearby. Never had any issues with management and maintenance was always quick to fix any issues. Convenient location to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores but tucked away in a neighborhood setting so you didn't get... that busy city feeling. I would live at Colonial Court again in a heartbeat!

Great Place for New Beginnings

Colonial Court has been a great place thus far for my family. It is a very welcoming environment. Our apartment is all updated and has a wonderful layout making it easy to keep clean and feel comfortable.
