Mosaic on Oakland Apartments

We moved back to Wisconsin after 17 years and decided to stay around Shorewood to be close to our family. We decided to stay at Mosaic because of its great proximity to the supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, schools, OTF, etc. The unit itself is modern and very comfortable. They have nice appliances as well. Matt, the property manager, is very professional. He is very helpful and always making himself available when needed. He made our moving in and out of the property easy. Joe made sure... that everything works well inside and outside the unit/building. We are sad to leave because my husband got a job in another state. But given another chance to comeback to Shorewood, we definitely know where we will stay again. The views from our apartment are the best in the building- the skyline of Milwaukee and amazing sunsets. The ease and walk-ability of Shorewood is what we benefit most from. We are not always home so it's nice to know that the management company is there if you need anything. We highly recommend the Mosaic!

After living at Mosaic for a year, I can confidently say it is my favorite property in Milwaukee. It's only a short drive from downtown, yet the neighborhood is very quiet. The residents are nice, the property manager is timely and easy to work with, and the maintenance quality is superb. I can't imagine going back to street parking in the winter after utilizing Mosaic's heated garages, which are wonderful. My dog and I have been very happy here.

Location! We love this neighborhood - right next to our favorite brunch spot Blue's Egg and across from Starbucks and Stone Creek (we love our caffeine too.) All our fave places are right outside. Metro market next door is great, just wheel your shopping cart of groceries right up to the apartment. But really, the apartments themselves are beautiful, super nice fixtures - love the rain shower head and wine cooler. The staff is friendly and welcoming, we plan to get a dog soon and will utilize... the dog run behind the building. Heated parking is amazing during all this snow too! Read More

I have lived at Mosaic since the building opened in 2017. What I love most about the building it the walk-ability, the high-end finishes, and the dog run located right behind the building. The dog run has been a perfect for training, raising, and socializing my puppy with the other great pups in the building. My neighbors and others throughout the building are such friendly and genuine people. Living at Mosaic, you feel a sense of family and community that is hard to find anywhere else.
