I’ve lived here for about a year and I can say this is by far the most beautiful townhome ever. I love the location everything is just around the corner. I definitely would recommend it to anyone that likes a quiet spacious apartment. The property manager is so kind and available anytime I have a question!

Great space surrounded by lots of natural beauty.
It’s in a peaceful area, but still close to all the fun of the neighboring cities.

Great Waukesha apartment, on the border of New Berlin, 5 minutes to Brookfield.
Great space, secure underground parking, lots of closets/storage.

This place is wonderful.
My friends always compliment the floorplan and the generous closet spaces. So much storage is usually hard to find in an apartment.
It truly feels like home-living.
Quiet and tucked away, but so close to everything needed for life and fun.

I have only lived here for a week, but this property goes above and beyond my expectations. The car garage is clean and well lit, my single lofted bedroom apartment has more room than I know what to do with, and the great thing is that I don’t hear the sounds of cars going by on East Broadway as I am going to sleep. Everything was clean when I moved in as well. I don’t think I have any complaints and if I do, Natalie, the manager, is very easy to contact and talk with.
