Very nice low income apartments
From the moment we walked into the front lobby we knew this was the place we wanted for our disabled family member to reside. It wasn't run-down like many of the apartment buildings we visited in Waukesha. We were greeted nicely by some of the residents, followed by the a favorable greeting with Gerry, the property manager. It has a nice community room for residents to enjoy playing games, watch TV, eat some provided snacks, workout on a couple pieces of equipment and occasionally enjoy lunches... made & served by residents. Gerry, the property manager, was very friendly & helpful in answering our questions and providing information. The process to apply for an apartment was easy. Since our family member moved in, his and our experience with the staff & residents has been favorable. No complaints. We have been surprised at how many residents have lived there for many years with most commenting how they enjoy living there. Nice, reasonably priced laundry facilities on each floor also
