Enjoyed living here, new management came in and seems to be on the right track! Older buildings need a little rehab but overall wonderful experience, would recommend.

Poor management company and property manager. Take at least a week to respond to maintenance requests and don’t resolve the issue. You’re lucky if the lock to underground parking works. Units are dusty upon move in and HVAC system has never been cleaned. Poor water quality. Dryer does not collect lint. Windows don’t work.

As a vendor there are properties I enjoy servicing and properties that make my job more difficult. Kendal hill is definitely a property that I enjoy servicing. Management runs a tight ship, but is easy to work with. The property is kept clean which makes my job easier, and management is always open to ideas on how to provide a desirable and comfortable living environment for current residents as well as future residents. Kendal hill is definitely trending in the right direction.

The community has recently been taken on by a new management company and positive results are already showing! On site management Monday-Friday, amazing customer service, dogs are allowed now, utilities are now a consistent charge, and for the amount of space in the units the monthly rates are more than affordable!

Rent is high.
Tenants pay water and electric heat, I do.
Monthly pet fees.
Expensive pet security fees.
Old carpeting.
Outdated everything.
Early 2000s vinyl flooring and golden oak cabinets.
Responsive maintenance is a bonus.
Management is responsive but has a corporate feel.
Well maintained property but has laxed over the last few years.
During the winter months, rent 1095, water 50, electricity/heat 130. Im a single resident with 1 bedroom.
