This property has provided me with not only such a great experience, but working with the staff has been such a easy and positive process. OMGGG LOVEEE

Canvas Townhomes in Morgantown is absolutely fantastic! From the spacious and modern layouts to the thoughtful amenities, everything about living here has exceeded my expectations. The townhomes are well-designed, providing plenty of space and privacy while still fostering a sense of community. I love that the units come fully furnished and utilities are included—it makes moving in and daily life so much easier.

The location is perfect, with campus, shopping, and dining all close by. The... amenities, like the fitness center and clubhouse, are always clean and well-maintained, and they add so much value to the experience of living here. What really sets Canvas Townhomes apart, though, is the staff. They are always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences living here, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to call home in Morgantown. 5 stars all the way!

Don’t do it

"Canvas Apartments: A costly error. Unresponsive management, constant noise, and poor maintenance. Don't make the mistake I did. Look elsewhere for peace and reliability."
