This place is disgusting. They do not clean before you arrive, they lie about how much you’ll be charged for electric (electric includes heating, cooling, any of the appliances). The front desk staff are stuck up and unprofessional, attempting to argue with me over the phone about a concern that I had as well as speaking poorly on other residents. I was charged a random fee for something I had no control over or argue. This ‘housing’ is effectively just an overpriced glorified dorm so do not let... the looks trick you into thinking this is a valid place to live.

All of the office staff is very friendly! I love coming in to all of the events that they have. Trebor always knows all of the answers to my endless questions. Brett is very helpful, and keeps the community very fun! I could list a million things that I love about this place!

I love the staff so much and maintenance is tremendous. They always respond promptly and are so efficient in their work. Community Manager, Brett really cares for his residents and the property. Living here is a dream.
