How Is This Rating Determined?

Look elsewhere if you don’t want unnecessary headaches

Management and office staff had negative attitudes. Maintenance is always threatening fines and does not arrive at scheduled time. Will create reasons not to return security deposit. Parking and location is abysmal. Building itself is ugly and apartment is small and outdated.
