One bedroom has a dresser and the other has a desk. The bathroom includes linens and essentials along with its huge clawfoot tub. The living room has a couch, recliner, and TV with an Amazon Fire Stick and Amazon Prime Video subscription included. The kitchen is fully stocked, including cookware, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, and a small, portable dishwasher. The partially finished basement offers plenty of storage space - no need for a separate storage unit. We love to garden, so the courtyard offers you a calming space to enjoy Laradise's beautiful summer weather. We include a starter kit of home essentials, including cleaning products, toilet paper, paper towels, sponge, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and laundry detergent.
