Awful
Greedy, horrible horrible horrible management and maintenance requests will constantly be ignored. You have to serve a SIXTY day notice before your lease naturally expires or else they will continue to charge you. The worst apartment I’ve lived in by far. Don’t let the exposed brick and pipes fool you, you are living in a terrible built, “renovated” and managed building. RUN.

We're disheartened to learn about your opinion of our community and team. We value polite, prompt communication and apologize if you feel you received anything other than our best efforts. We dispatched our maintenance contractors to your home... multiple times to ensure the issues you reported were addressed. Our leasing agreement clearly states the requirement to provide 60-day notice if you do not wish to renew your lease. If we do not receive this notice, your lease is automatically converted to month-to-month. This is a common practice throughout the apartment industry and not limited to our management. A lease constitutes a binding legal contract, and we advise residents to review the terms thoroughly and mark important dates to avoid penalties and fees. We understand your frustrations and are sorry you feel this way regarding our leasing practices. If there is anything further you'd like to discuss, please feel free to contact us at your convenience.
