The house's very open layout includes the large living room, kitchen, eating area, and large den (all in one large open space). The large den opens to the covered porch.

To create a sense of order, the house also has: both a second closet plus an additional 7 storage shelves in the primary bedroom, 7 storage shelves in the hallway, a kitchen pantry with 5 large shelves, and the garage has space for a few bicycles!

The abundance of natural light flows seamlessly throughout the living room. The addition of window roller shades in this "entertainment" area gives the space a very nice appearance.

The entire house has been completely updated with all new kitchen stainless steel appliances, all new flooring throughout the house, all new bathroom vanities with granite countertops.

The house has three bedrooms. Including: 1) A very large primary bedroom with master bathroom and large custom closet for increased storage and functionality. and 2) The second and the third bedroom each have a closet.

This den/office can be a place to work, read, or be in solitude.

There are no stairs in or to the house. It is level.
