Horrible place to live
You can never get in contact with who owns the property. Leave voicemails or even emails no response no call back. Maintenance never gets done they dont care how you living they just want your money. Grass is knee high because it hasnt been cut. Mold everywhere inside apartment, air inside apartment going in and out on a day to day basis. Leaking ceiling everywhere. they need to shut this place down. they should send someone to inspect this place.

Horrible
A one star rating is too much for these apartments. There is trash everywhere and management changes often. This is no place to raise a family, does not have a safe environment. Please check them out throughly and see for yourself. Public police report might be a good place to start!

Trashy
The apartments ant not maintained at all, which includes the on site laundry! There is trash everywhere. The management changes often and are not consistent. You get conflicting information and rules change all the time. It is not a family friendly environment and general safety would be questionable. Check out public records to see the extent of safety concerns.

Great Management!
Since the new management has taken over we have been so pleased with maintenance, the office staff and the lawncare! We are so excited to see all of the changes and have felt so much more comfortable in our home. The office stay is so welcoming, sweet and helpful. They keep us updated on all things going on the property. This apartment complex is thriving since the new management has taken over.
