Overall pretty good. The move in went well. I think the people in the leasing area can be more friendly, whenever I talk to them I feel like I'm inconveniencing them. I've only talked to two of them so this may not be all of them

I moved in over the weekend and it has been such a pleasant and smooth experience. The security and safety of a "gated community" feel is something I've never experienced, but that's what we have here at Eclipse. I've never had more peace of mind in any home I've ever lived in as an adult. Also, this location is just fantastic. Walking to get groceries, walking to go for entertainment downtown, being right across from Big Spring Park....this is why I've wanted to live here since they... finished building it, and I'm so thankful for the opportunity to finally have moved in.

At the end of the day apartment living is going to come with certain aspects that may be helpful or hurtful, but it’s nice to be downtown in a great location for this duration of my life.

Great place in my first two months! I was able to quickly find a unit to move in to when relocating back to Huntsville! The apartment building is always clean and smells great and everyone is friendly!

Eclipse Apartment Residences is in the perfect location for enjoying the downtown Huntsville area. Big Spring Park, the Huntsville Museum of Art and the Von Braun Center are right across the street from the Eclipse apartment complex. You will find plenty of great restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. Eclipse offers great amenities and nice apartment plans.
