UNWELCOME VISITORS

The roach problem is horrible, & they do nothing about it but raise the rent every time the lease is up. 0/0 would not recommend.

Carondolet is under New management and has a new Pest Control company treating our apartments on a regular basis. We have made a lot of upgrades in the past 2 years at Carondolet including all new roofs, new paved parking, Access Gates and a Pet Park... .

Management is laughable

Management is never there during the hours they put up. Never answer the phone either. I literally sat outside for an hour at 3 pm and the door was locked and no one came. Was looking for another place to rent and they are the exact same as my current apartment management. How can you run a business or an apartment if you aren't there?
